Before you book a NAD+ IV drip

This is an invasive medical procedure. A drip places a cannula in your vein and infuses over 2 to 4 hours. Treat it like a medical treatment, not a spa add-on.
Verify MOH licensing and the doctor. IV therapy in Malaysia must run at a premises licensed under the Private Healthcare Facilities and Services Act 1998 and be supervised by a Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) registered doctor. Ask to see both before you pay.
The evidence is preliminary. No strong human trial shows NAD+ IV beats oral NMN or NR for healthy adults. Most clinic benefit claims are extrapolated.
Mind the cost gap. Sessions run RM600 to RM2,500; oral NMN is about RM250 to RM490 a month with more published human evidence. For general wellness, oral is the practical entry point.
Know the side effects. Flushing, chest tightness, nausea and cramping during fast infusions are common. Disclose your medicines and any pregnancy, heart or kidney condition to the doctor first.
